二、申請人的資格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：***品、支持中小微企業、促進殘疾人就業、支持監獄和戒毒企業、扶持不發達地區和少數民族地區以及限制采購進口產品等相關政策。如報價產品的服務提供商為中小微企業，則須在響應文件中提供符合財庫﹝2020﹞46 號文格式要求的中小企業聲明函；如報價人為殘疾人福利性單位，則須在響應文件中提供符合財庫〔2017〕141號文格式要求的殘疾人福利性單位聲明函，一旦成交將在成交公告中公告其聲明函，接受社會監督；若提供聲明函與事實不符的，將依照《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第七十七條第一款的規定追究法律責任。
